Description: He was originally just spamming his stream in all caps. Then I went onto his stream and saw all it was was a notepad document asking people to DDOS someone (which is illegal).

Can you provide an unedited screenshot aswell? You can send it to me via private message if you don't want players to see your binds or something. But with that, I cannot apply punishment for that player as it's not according to the rules of reporting.
