3. Thuganomics and Electronx abusing http://mop.db.pandawow.me?spell=74197#used-by-item . We just faced them in 3s and they did tons of dmg just by using this enchant.

Its completely broken as u can see on our duel test with an 484 geared affliction lock. The enchant is familiar to everyone but they are just abusing it.
