Idea: Melle Dummy in front of Ogrimmar

So I've been thinking for quite a while wouldn't it be a bad idea to put Melle Dummy in front of Ogrimmar (Durotar) .

What is more I think more than enough people are annoyed if the fact of random people coming to them to * test dmg/ try dps/burst * and etc. Plus I think that going every time to Ogrimmar ( The Drag) only to use some spells and try dps then go back again to Durotar is kind of annoying. Plus it's a fun server so putting a dummy wouldn't hurt anyone so my ideas are those 2 spots:
