Still, 1 person isn't enough as a support on the forums for a server with a playerbase of 6000 players. I'm not saying that there's 6000 users on forums spamming threads, but the server do have 6000 players, and 1 support on the forums for a specific section doesn't seem to be enough, and to be honest, it doesn't seem professional either now when you read it to yourself. This server could also use an extra Game Master, because i've noticed that there have been several cases where players have waited 10-20 days before they got their email changed and such. This server is currently #1 MoP server, if the Admins want it to stay that way, they kinda need to get their shit together, excuse my choice of words. This servers players deserve better since there's actually alot of people donating to PandaWoW, they shouldn't have to wait 15+ days to get their email changed, and as far as i know, the only payment Staff Members are getting is in bonuses, so it's not like PandaWoW can't afford to hire more Staff Members. Sorry for the long comment.

This is mostly happening because, if you have downloaded Pandawow's torrent full game. It works with Russian information, language etc. I have 2 options for you. 1. В прошлой теме не правильно посчитали. В этой все расчеты верные. К слову, мы с Saylance вместе проверяли глубокие раны несколько раз. В итоге получилось, что урон действительно завышен.

Я ничего не поняла из личных сообщений в вк, да и тут. В целом, жалобы рассматриваются только через форум, вк я личку редко открываю, просто смотрю за группой и за модерами там. Жалоба как на игрока, так и на сотрудника должна грамотно составляться отдельной темой на форуме. Что, когда и с кем произошло, приводить примеры, расписывать по скринам и т.д, а не тыкать меня ссылками на одну и вторую темы, смысл которых я должна уловить сама, видимо. Несколько раз перешла на те темы, посмотрела скрины и все равно не поняла о чем у вас там был разговор. Зоофил и мразь - оскорбления, за которые выдается мут/бан, поэтому, если модер выдал мут за это, то все правильно. Если есть что-то еще, то придержитесь совета предложением выше об организации жалоб в целях воздействия на сотрудников. Я не набираю модеров со свалки, как Вы выразились мне в лс, ну и также нужно понять, что для увольнения модера нужны конкретные факты, конкретные нарушения с его стороны. Я не могу просто снять модера, потому что он не нравится игрокам. И совсем не потому, что мне самой кто-то из них "нравится". Выдает права и убирает их у всех - администратор. Когда я пишу кого-то на снятие, то указываю причину его увольнения.

Подобные исключения бывают в том случае, если человека берут в персонал и он желает сменить свой ник по каким-то причинам, только тогда я готов рассмотреть смену ника. Такой функции не будет, если так принципиально сменить никнейм - создавайте новый аккаунт, а "попрыгунчики", которые будут менять ники, нам не нужны, лишние проблемы. К тому же, у нас нету времени на реализацию доп. функций, типо условий указанных в 1м сообщение и т.д. Ну и делать что-либо с форумом это гиблое дело, это изначально готовый движок и лезть туда с "костылями" крайней нежелательно.

Про мразь я вычитала из ваших сообщений на форуме, когда пыталась понять в чем смысл. Модератор в первую очередь должен советоваться с ГМом, а не с другим модератором по поводу выдачи наказаний. Не поняла логики почему один отказал, значит вторая должна спрашивать у него разрешения по поводу выдачи мута. Каждый работает самостоятельно и каждый отвечает за свое собственное решение. В общем в случае Joker[TM] - там не за что было давать мут, поэтому он отклонил. В случае Luntares - зоофил - оскорбление. А какой-то набор букв ниже действительно ни о чем не говорит. Тем не менее, причина для выдачи мута уже была.
