    If he/she was in party with Sheapps, then it's possible. https://youtu.be/iSM1VYLep7Y?t=89 I'm not sure that it was a cheat/tp hack. Druid used NS + something else, it can be Rebirth. And then rogue immediately resurrected, because of this. Or i'm wrong?

    Druid there used barkskin while in silence from garrote. And another one about kick: (just look at his barkskin cooldown on the panel) So, barkskin can be used while silenced, but when someone kicks you in nature school, it should get locked aswell as other nature spells.

    Need a video only from 5.4.8 patch, then we can calculate the healing with approximate stats (like a 37k SP and 57% pvp power for example) and compare it with our server. This video from 5.4.0 - 5.4.2 and PoM was bugged during this patches. Just look at changes that blizzard made http://wow.gamepedia.com/Prayer_of_Mending :
