    Actually not, it looks like tooltip bug. PoM never scales with Health percentage. So, the formula (5919 + (Spell power * 0.571)) * pvp power) is correct, but don't forgot about other modifiers. In Disc/Holy spec have a passive that gives +25% and glyph of PoM gives +60% for the first tick

    В этом нет смысла, наград в текущем сезоне уже не будет, благодаря огромному количеству винтрейдеров. Ну а рейтинг скинут в любом случае, когда стартует новый. Точных сроков пока нет, но это произойдет сразу, как доделают новый сайт с возможностью просмотра истории арен.

    Declined. Screenshot with bad quality, in next time you should upload it on the picture hosting. Also i don't see his buffs, it possible that he was on mount and model just doesn't shows because of visual bug.
