It's a visual bug. After latest update, all similar spells are disabled in spellbock (as i know, it required for fix some exploits). But they are gives a bonus correctly.

On your video have a time between he disappeared and you showing his place (like a ~18 sec). So, we have a doubts about hack, thats why we didn't answered in your report. I watched him in the game for about 2 days and nothing. All the time he uses a vanish and run to the teleporter (tp in SW and then go to Elwynn forest for reset CDs). If you have another proofs, make a new thread.

Declined. It looks like a lag. No one attacks him (he was at full hp) and he didn't attack other players too. He even didn't move. So, i'm not sure that it was a cheat.

Да уже не надо. Месяц назад я этот баг тестил и он не работал, подумал что исправили. А теперь снова работает. Мистика :D Warvit - 3 дня бана.

Ну не знаю, в англ разделе тестили этот баг, сказали что визуальный. http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=183464&p=1115192&viewfull=1#post1115192 Он вставил 2-ой сокет на стамину и количество хп не изменилось, судя по скринам.
