У вас клиент видимо пытается зайти на х100 реалм (он закрыт для входа). Зайдите в папку с игрой / WTF и найдите там файл Config.wtf , в нем нужно удалить строку SET realmName "PandaWoW x100"

Our database shows chance / cooldown for procs. If you mean other stuff, like proc flags, interrupt flags, attributes, etc., i think it's useless for most players. It's important only for developers.

Base spell damage (55336 to 64309) + 120% of Attack Power. Mastery increases spell damage by the same %, as in stats.

It also teleports pet behind the target (same as rogue shadowstep), so it's not pointless.

It does have 15 sec internal cooldown for proc. Now it shows the cooldown in our DB.

It increases shadowfiend damage by 15%, as it says in tooltip. Just turn it off from autocast and wait for buff to fall off, you will see the damage difference.

There is different base melee/spell crit chance for each class. Also different coefficient for crit chance from intellect and agility (based on level/class). They are taken from client dbc files.
