Enh shaman burst is easy to counter if you do it when the target still has defensives up. Wait for their defensives to get used up, make sure your target is under 80% HP, Stormstrike, 1shot macro, burst=dead. Also, stat priority for enhance should be agility>mastery>crit>haste, altho I see 99% of enhancement shamans stacking full mastery gems. Nobody cares about their healing anymore. Agility counts to your healing AND damage and CRIT rating. Agi is the best stat by far.

I was stuck at 1200, but with this guide my resto shaman is finally in the top tiers of the arena, thanks for a fantastic guide! BUMP for an enhancement guide!

I can't tell a Moderator or GM from x100 what to do here since it's not my bussiness to decide what happens on x100, but I do suggest you people start filling in real reports with real offensive words. This was clearly a joke and the language isn't really offensive.

...and it doesn't proc in PvP anymore.

I wish! Never got that far

1. Elbrujopujo 2. Fun 3. He's abusing http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=108508/mannoroths-fury, wich makes his http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=59971/rain-of-fire do all of it's ticks within a second, instead of the intended 6 seconds as you can clearly see in the damage log posted at nr. 4 4. 5. As can be seen in this picture, the player has done 10 killing blows and 9 million damage in aproximately 40 seconds.

Your graphical editing skills are astonishing. I'm surprised NASA hasn't contacted you to take pictures of Pluto.

That doesn't prove anything. You could've done there what you did here. Once a cheater, always a cheater.

It's the same as it was before. On x100 alone, you were already queueing BGs where you face fully geared people. It's the same now. Also, PvE gear isn't actually THAT good as people claim it to be, since it scales down to ilvl540 in arenas and BGs. However, people still use them for the set bonuses. For example, a PvE geared shadow priest does more burst, but lower damage overall then a pvp geared shadow priest. It sort of evens out. Besides, you can aquire the same gear doing the instances that work on x100 and don't on Fun.

1. rating reset 2. 30 day ban 3. No deletion of characters, what they did already put a big brown spot on their names.

Declined. Write by following these rules: http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=139802

It's possible that the change is made but it's not yet applied. Test again after server restart.(don't forget to delete your Cache)

Of course I can. Like 2 months ago or so, we had a Mod who went on a rampage and muted hundreds of accounts just because he could. He got fired immediately and I'm willing to put money on the fact he got a perma ban aswell. The server's staff, and I mean admins and GMs, don't really tolerate such behavior and they take action against it. They do notice and monitor the activity of their staff and they DO act if something isn't right. Now, in Furmetal's case, he got a warning from his superior. That's enough. A GM warning a Mod about something is pretty much "2 strikes" in one blow, if he does it again he's out. You can believe that.

I enjoy it :) - - - Updated - - - Besides the everyday drama, the usual bugs and cheats...it's quite the best server I ever played in. Also, not being fixated with arenas and stuff it's pretty casual gameplay for me, just chilling in BGs to relieve stress from day to day life :)

Hello, It seems like the first 25 names on the list are the "pro"s and the other 25 names are the alts that they used to farm their place on the ladder. They didn't even have the decency to gear up those alts, they're just Tyrannical and nothing else on them...some with 3k rating(160 wins, 7 losses) Only 2 more days remain until the ratings get reset, but what's to be done with these people?

Was that enhancement shaman named Cleanex? I remember chasing down a rogue with a similar name, lel

It's more bursty, nobody can deny, but it's more RNG then a straight up Strenght build. Anyway, each has their own oppinion and playstyle :) By the way, for a class that's based on continuous pressure...more damage means everything.
-
Nah man, I won't forgive nobody that's proven guilty. If he abused, he gets warned 1st then fired. If he cheated, he should get banned and that's the end of it. I'm defending him because I know what it's like to have 3k people HATE your guts because you're doing your job. I know what it's like to be taunted and insulted for the sole purpose of getting me fired, that's the ONLY reason I'm defending him. If he got warned and he persists in abusing then he deserves what's coming to him and that's the end of it.
-
Oh, I bought all of them on most of my chars....in hopes they get fixed. :)
-
No, clearly not. I don't know the whole story, just from what I've understood in these threads...he's abusing(or appears to be) his mod powers. I don't know about him wintrading....the arena ladder is the least of my concerns :) If he's found abusing in-game mechanics, the penalty for him should be the same or greater then that of a regular player caught doing the same thing.
-
That's with the Shado-Pan, right?
-
Crit gemming is only really good for Soul Reaper. Strenght build provides much more damage overall so it's alot better in the old run. For arenas, especially as double DPS, crit is the way to go for sure.

Heh, I've done the same exact mistake when I started as Chat Mod. He's muting EVERY rule break, even those wich don't really qualify(like "lol" written in caps", but by far his worst mistake is to mute people who provoke him. Muting someone cause he says you're a shit player is a no go. Responding to taunts is a no go. Being a chat mod, especially on the alliance chat on the fun realm, feels like being a prison CO. The prisoners will ALWAYS try to taunt you in order to test your limits, in order to see how far they can go before any punishment is brought on themn, in order to test your limits and your level of understanding things. Our mod has proven he's easy to taunt, so this agitation will most likely continue untill he gets fired or he quits, I have no doubt about that. However, the players taunting him should keep in mind that he's doing a pretty hard job most of you don't understand. People will always feel a chat mod is impartial because no matter how good a mod he is, he can't see everything and, most importantly, he can't punish everything. Some people get mad for being muted for swearing and then 5 seconds later they see some guy swearing and getting away with it. BAM, conclusion is: chat mod is corrupt! He's taking sides! He bans everyone except his friends! - wich is not entirely true. I've dealt with this exact same hate in my starting days, but I've managed to not fall for the taunting and provoking. Many have called my characters shit, many laughed in my face....but what could I do? If I responded with a mute for a personal attack, I would have brought this exact treatment from the community. I say you give the guy a break! He's new as a chat mod and he wants to do his job properly, please let him, stop taunting him. You will see that within a week he won't be muting every single chat infraction. He will learn to keep a blind eye for certain stuff, as all experienced Mods do...no matter how unfair it seems. This is the job...an amalgam of hate and frustration wich most of us can't hide.
