We cannot punish someone for insulting you if you keep the language filter on.

Exactly this^ The warrior barely landed any hits, was behind him the whole time. Ever used Blink directly through a clicker and you kill him by the time he turns around? :diablo: Thanks for the good wishes!

I tried to solo 3s on my fire mage. Did 15 arenas, lost 14. The single win was against lock/rsham/warr, ironically, but not because I was amazing....the resto shaman was actually trying to damage me, instead of healing his team-mates, the warrior was a clicker and the lock didn't really know about Soulburn. I win life.

Don't bump the thread if it's already on the first page. Or it gets deleted.

You need to get rid of ALL gold, silver and copper on the character. ALL of it.

Oh man, thanks olbaa! I'm downloading Columbo as I type this :D My all time favourite is The Tudors, even tho it's a historical series, the acting is amazing! After I saw the pilot episode, I couldn't take a break from it. I watched it till the end. :)

He's better and more involved than others we've had. Besides, what makes a Mod good or bad? To me, as a mod myself, a good one is the one who keeps a professional attitude and who works for the pure purpose of being helpful. Who knows how to counter trolls and not subject himself to various types of drama, who manages to stay impersonal and who offers fair treatment to everyone. An equal dose of tolerance and brutallity is needed and from what I've seen, he's got a good balance of those. A bad Mod is the one who takes criticism personally and acts based on his frustrations. A bad Mod will mute a very minor offense just because he CAN. A bad Mod will manipulate people into breaking the rules so he can apply punishment that further feeds his ego. A bad Mod starts muting everyone he sees after he gets trampled on in the arena or BG. The examples can go on, but I think I've made my point. - - - Updated - - - Often times I hear people say: "I don't like cause he doesn't give warning when he mutes!" - wich is dumb. A Moderator is there to apply punishment, not repeat the rules over and over. "I don't like cause he gives too big punishment" - wich, again, is dumb. A Moderator has a min-max of punishment wich can be applied depending on the gravity of the infraction. Many....no, the Majority of Pandawow's community simply ignores the fact that we have a set of easy to follow rules, so they hate the Moderator because he's the "bad guy" that enforces these rules. It's like when you go to another country and you break the law(by accident). It doesn't matter that you didn't know it was against the law. Not knowing the law doesn't save you from it's consequences and players of Pandawow need to understand this.

I don't know about x100. FUN needs a good Alliance mod, that's for sure. However, both realms need 1-2 more GMs. On Fun, both Neff and Talvior are doing a very good job. Shadrissa also, but she's very busy with more important stuff. The problem is that there are off-hours when neither of them is online, so hackers and bug abusers can do their thing without worrying about GMs. That should not be! Maybe more mods aren't needed(now that we have StarCaller modding the Alliance), but I would embrace a new GM in a heartbeat.
-
I know you did a good job on x100. As I understand it, you will moderate the Alliance chat on the Fun realm. A few things to remember: -alliance chat on fun is 10x more active then Horde chat -alliance chat is 10x more filled with trolls then Horde chat -people will hate you no matter what you say and do, so just continue to do your job as best as you can and all will be well -for any problems, GMs and other mods will surely help you

I know since yesterday :)

I will list my favourites: -Criminal Minds -Dexter -The Mentalist -Lie to me(nr 2) -The Tudors(nr 1) -The Borgias -Rome(nr 3) -Deadwood(nr 4) These are the ones wich impressed me the most and managed to keep me watching them for days
-
Same happened to some of my friends yesterday, no ideea why. As soon as they entered BG or arena, the latency went up by a few thousand. Delete cache, restart router etc didn't work for either of them, then, at like 18 PM Europe time it got fixed for them, somehow.
-
Actually, there is something you can do. Try and use a proxy. It might not save you, but it also might improve your latency slightly.

http://prntscr.com/91lkl7 You reported a player for "being noob" wich is not against the rules. In the picture you provided as "proof", there's clear evidence of you insulting the player, calling him a "f.... retard", wich IS against the rules. Declined.
-
Declined. + Muted Elbrujopujo for insults.
-
Not by the rules.
-
Make sure you're always using a Seal.
-
Using Pom+Pyro is, in many cases, a huge waste. I rather use it for an insta Frostjaw or Poly, but each dude plays his mage as he wishes :)

Chronomancer set doesn't work?????????????
uraganuu replied to Cheeze503's topic in Game or Connection problems
Post needs to be perfect format for the devs to see it clearer, doh. If it's not, it gets declined and we start all over again. Better make the effort, if you want something fixed. -
A good and geared WW can pretty much solo arenas here up to like 2k rating. Add a decent rsham in the mix and you're good to go towards 2.7k+ considering both classes are NOT working as intended, both of them benefiting from thos bugs they currently have. Damage overscaling and healing like a boss through dampening.

OP posted video proof, what I posted further confirms his proof. Simple logic too much of a stretch for you or what?
