It should break on %dmg taken. Right now, it's broken. I can hex my target at 100%, pop burst and kill my target while he's still under the effects of Hex. This should NOT happen and warrior fear needs to be fixed to follow the same criteria.

Talent is working, the spell is abusable. You can stack more RoFs and ALL will tick, while the intended use of RoF is that when you overlap two RoFs, only ONE of them is doing damage. You're abusing this every day, pujo, I'm not surprised you're defending it. But there is no way in hell Blizzard EVER intended their spell to be used like this. The purpose of the spell is to apply a bit of pressure, same as how DKs can put pressure with their Death and Decay, not kill everyone in it. Players abusing this should be banned.

It should heal for 45% of a Flame Shock's tick, each tick.

Ask the GM who declined it. In your proof, you didn't show their intent to use bugs. When I reported your potion abuse, I slapped on a picture where you did 37 million pvp damage in exactly 3 seconds, proving intent. It was declined because the rules regarding bug abuse are open to interpretation. If I were GM, I'd ban you all. I wouldn't care if you knew about the bug or not, 30 day ban to all.

Compared to what DKs can do to healing, warriors barely are a nuisance. 25% less healing turns a 100k heal in a 75k heal, while necrotic strike turns a 100k heal in a 0 heal :) 25% is still substantial, but I'm comparing warr to DK here and by comparison, the 25% warrs can put on isn't such a big hit.

We do apply the rules equally, at least I do, but then again not many players pretend to be innocent such as yourself, even tho you've been cought many times. Cheaters just take the ban and remember not to do it again. You, on the other hand, are smart enough to not use external software to cheat, but instead you abuse in-game bugs to your advantage. Don't even pretend you aren't, it's fact. This is a misdemeanor, 3-7 day ban max, after wich you go out on the forum, create 15 threads where you shout ABUSE! Give me a break!

It's meant as a debuff, not as a damage spell. You have Chimera, Arcane shot and maybe Powershot as big dmg spells.

Hello, I see several people are having issues with DDoS so I decided to be of help. Before we start, make sure your installation of windows is clean and safe! -Install a good firewall(internet security) software. -You can add filters to your router to drop packets from specific sources(such as skype) -You can set lower SYN, ICMP, and UDP flood drop thresholds. Usually, these steps will stop the casual ddos(trust me, what you're being threatened and attacked with is only casual). As soon as you see it, pick up the phone and call your ISP(this usually puts a barrier between your IP and the one(s) that are sending you packages). People need to understand that the usual DDoS attack is completely harmless, especially when it's done by a kid in wow. I seriously doubt a mad kid has the skillset to launch a hack that would enslave a large number of computers, a true botnet, just to screw over your IP. Also, people who do this from their home are usually using VIRTUAL machines(bots) to send packages, wich means the number of packages sent is ridiculously small, compared to a real DDoS. I'll try to explain what a DDoS is. Your IP is your house and a DDoS is a pack of people just rioting at your doorstep. More and more are coming in, so you can't get out, you can't do anything, it's like a siege. However, a DDoS done by an amateur, using poor computers and virtual bots, is like the riot is only 3-4 kids banging on your door. They make alot of noise, but if you open the door you'll hurt them all :) Also, an amateur who's launching a DDoS can't really do anything else on their computer. So, those who got DDoSed can rest assured that the attacker couldn't do anything at all on their PC besides watching packets being sent :) Also, people who do this from their home can get arrested, as the DDoS attack is an illegal act. If you call your ISP right as it happens, they can provide you the IP(s) from where the attack is coming from, and this means the user gets caught immediately, since his machine is the only real IP in the list(since all his bots are virtual) = either jail time or a big juicy 10.000$ fine to the parents. Now, I doubt any of you guys experienced a real DDoS attack, but in the weird case that you have or will, here's what you need to do further: -start logging the package requests coming in(your ISP can ban them all) -close ALL unused ports(certain routers also have an anti DDoS function, use it!) -turn off "respond to WAN ping" Hope it helps :)

That's the intended use of the spell, only one should do damage in an area even tho 2 ore overlapped. On pandawow, you can overlap 10(provided you have enough mana) and they will ALL tick, resulting in a mediocre keyboard turner and clicker into someone you literally cannot kill if he performs this abuse. Pujo, the day you are perma banned on this server is the day thast's gonna be a clear sign of pandawow going in the right direction. Incredibly high tolerance towards cheaters provided by our server HAS GOT TO GO!

All pve sets were OP, only DK set was exploitable to keep it's bonus 100% up. You did it. I filmed you after I followed your character for 2 BGs. You can still find the report, I believe. I banned you instantly because that was my job. You got unbanned because right the second day the DK pve set bonus exploit got fixed, I think I know better :) Also, you're making a logical mistake. You were not banned for "using" pve set, but for "abusing" pve set. The difference is visible now, I hope. Everyone was using pve gear because it wasn't downscaled in pvp, but only a select few individuals found ways to bug their set bonuses, including you. You made a 5% proc chance proc be Up 100% of the time, wich is an exploit. Your unban, at that time, was pure luck. My ban was legitimate, called for and given with proof.
