Nothing wrong with the item. The color changes depending on the breed/race of the wearer.

Out of combat, my icebarrier is 150k. In combat, it's 50-ish K.

I've heard that combat bug is extremely difficult to fix, if not impossible.

You don't do 200k in one Necrotic, stop misinforming. You can build it up to more hundred K, but then again it's damage is marginal. That's how the class is played and that's it's role, nulifying healers.

Well, I know for a fact GMs have access to such a command, but I really don't know if it's available for my GM level. Send me a private message with your guild name and the name you want it renamed to and I'll try and rename it.
