From a rogue's pov you can get saps off spectral guise . A lot of stuff can be done with this.

What should happen : Mage should be able to dispel the NS with Spellsteal. Realm : Fun , 10/2/16 Priority : 8/10 . One of the most famous mage plays which wins you games. Doesn't happen that often but when it does you should be able to dispel that NS. PS : This applies with http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=16974/predatory-swiftness too , but its not that important .
