Things such as void storage, armour reforges and item upgrades are often bugged and it appears that they're non-existent. A simple relog will fix this, but make sure the first thing you do when you log on is open your void storage. Although you're not concerned with item upgrades, if you equip and un-equip an item and are phased into a different zone ie a dungeon, then the item upgrade will no longer appear and a relog would be necessary to display it again. (entirely visual though)

The most obvious solution would be to re-download. I have a feeling that when you were downloading, you were doing something else e.g paused it, put computer to sleep, restarted computer etc.

They're probably not going to do anything - they'll probably just say it's your own fault for sharing account information (even if you didn't); it's in their terms that such events aren't their responsibility. Unless you know who did it/IP. I would've suggested that you check your account's "Last IP:" on the website but I'm going to guess that it's too late. They can still track who logged on your account anyway I think. The best you can get out of this situation is getting the other person banned because I don't think they're bothered to refund anything. I'd also suggest you change you personally message an admin/GM/whatever to manually change your email to another email address. This is all assuming that you can prove that you are the rightful, and original owner of the account. (although again, they can check logs). Not sure if it would make that much of a difference but I just saw him hit 44k with the pvp trinket proc @ 1:35, plus he has 5% intellect cause druid buff. I would get a lock and/or druid to buff you for that 10%sp/5% int and try hitting it again I'm just wondering whether the increase in totem hp with totimic vigor is supposed to be dynamic. ie if shaman's hp increases, should totem hp increase as well ? Perhaps it's supposed to only take 5% base stamina... Can't tell from vid cause he's only using %hp.

Firstly, what are molecules? How can they be defined? I'm going to assume that you're talking about elements considering how flawed your posts are. Elements are made up of atoms. Atoms are made up sub-atomic particles such as electrons, neutrons, and protons etc. These are made up of quarks/baryons/hadrons w/e you want to call them. These existed at the very start of the Universe. They Universe expanded to near its size now in less than a nonillionth of a second. Amazing, right? Now... Where did these quarks come from? As I said, you saying "molecules" isn't going to answer this question because, as mentioned before, IT CAN'T BE EXPLAINED/JUSTIFIED. The closest they've come to proving the Big Bang Theory is by reproducing the environment the universe was 14 billion years ago. A point where everything was moving close to the speed of light. Why? Because there was SO much energy. Where did this energy come from? No explanation as before - they don't know! Perhaps this is why so many scientists believe in a God.

Generally, server bugs are the server's fault and from what I remember with the Xuen bug, they're not bannable; just had to wait till it was fixed but I'm not sure anymore.
