There's a temporary solution for it. - Some playes can't change faction/race/name/face. There is a trick: for some reason one hair colour with one face feature may cause it glitchy restriction, therefore just change the name and face, and use first hair and first hair colour. And then change the hair colour and other in the barber shop. If that does not help, create topic in this section and describe your problem by rules.

Greetings! It is not possible to make the characters with names such as "Tauren / Troll / Druid / Monk / etc" Since those names are Racial and Class names. You can try changing the Hair style & Hair color a bit in case that is causing the issue. Notify us if you have any further issues.

In the past, players had similar issues and it was caused by the guild in which they were (We are still not sure why it happens) Try using the /gquit option and see if it fixes the issue. (If it doesn't fix the issue you can ask your friends to re-invite you in the guild, if it fixes the issue then it was the same situation which was happening in the past)
