Ah, I had similar issue yesterday, i was having 2k MS but my internet was fine, I waited it out since i was busy with other things & it got fine afterwards, You can try restarting your router after your brother is done.

Second of all, The fixes on timeless isle have just started aka the progress has begun along with the Legendary cloak quest, so you would be foolish to expect fully Blizzlike script from day one. It will take time for the Developers to script them as they should be scripted. For now the bosses are working enough so that they can give us the Legendary Cloak, which is the intention atm, the script doesn't have to be perfect but it will work enough for us to complete the Quests (They can be buggy as we know but we can re-kill them after the server reset) Be patient about the Timeless isle since there's much work to be done on it. The format which you made explains how it Should work and we know about it but it will take some time to implement it. And how can you call us "Lazy Staff" when they made it so that we can get the cloak even if it is buggy. Would you like it to be fully bugged and all bosses to be friendly and then so that we can release it in 3-4 months when its fully scripted? Or you would like to have the cloak quicker? It doesn't matter how old the server is, there are different developers for PvP and for PvE. And ofc there were higher priorities "Bugs" which had to be fixed before timeless isle. So don't expect major changes in short time, the isle is getting fixed bit by bit.

Probably an old character while Control-Panel was bugged and you could buy the items on x100 realm instead of only on xFun. The character should be banned. (Not the account, only the character) Or the Heroic pieces of the gear should be removed.

It can but it is not an easy process, since there are some mobs which don't reset after you run away from them at the certain distance. Those mobs are usually the mobs with yellow names and it happens whenever they get snared.

The NPC on xfun is a custom NPC where the currency from the item is changed from 10k Gold to 3.5k Conquest. The Npc which will allow you to exchange your current cloak with the legendary cloak will be fixed in ~2 Weeks like Kofeek said. It cannot be fixed sooner because the server has their days when it is getting updated, and those updates will be applied in ~2 Weeks if not sooner. So all you guys & girls need to do is wait for a bit and when you do the quest " [The Emperor's Way] Save the essence which you will get from the upcoming quest. Then exchange your intellect cloak with the one which you desire and then use the essence to turn it in the legendary cloak. We cannot rush things here. The vendor from xFun is different from how the vendor should actually work since it sells other items as well besides the cloak.

He made a report because someone taunted the mob away because i told people to reset the mobs and they don't die, they are still alive at 1 HP. This is ridiculous.
