You should be able to but not on Pandawow. Since there are probably some other stuff which are account bound and you can get it there for free, then just send it to x100.

Declined. Like it was said, PvP Mounts such as Arena / Gladiator mounts, are not account bound, they are Character bound. (Same goes for Challenge mode Phoenix mounts) So in the future be careful and double check things before you do something. We cannot help you in this case, the mount works as intended.

That problem is similar on x100 too. Its a server bug, but it doesn't happen that often. But they bugg out when everyone exits the istance after a wipe (example : At ulduar u wont be able to use teleports) At icc the same, you cant tp.

Try to revive your pet after you summon it. Try to revive your pet before you summon it. If that doesn't work, repair your character then try again. And if that doesn't work too, then get a new pet.
