How could you say such thing in 2016? your thinking level should be much higher than this basic thinking! With-in few seconds they're able to summon like a 100 NPC or so, that's why I couldn't tell who's summoning them!

Yeah, they will, Zeox promised that he's going to do it all by himself for this season, don't worry. He's on vacation right now and we expect him to be back as he said on the first few days of August, till then nothing will be done towards this matter.

Once we got those back, RIP every other class. :D It's just skill, shamans aren't broken unlike almost every other class.

I am doing over 200K on my elemental shaman, if you can't do that on your warlock, then RIP. Not to mention if my lava surge proced multiple times at once and got duplicated spells, then enjoy the one shot buddy. Plus, on my destruction I still don't see anything wrong with it, everything seems to be fine and killing players with-in 4-6 seconds. ;)

If Weegee and Nemifest saw someone violating and didn't punish him/her, that's up to them and their own evaluation/judgment! However, if that violator got reported on forums they're gonna have to punish him/her, it's published to everyone and they can't ignore it! Rules are clear, but how flexible the moderators are is what makes the difference, Licher is strict and he has to be; otherwise almost everyone will take it as an advantage and abuse cursing/swearing everywhere! Pandawow requires strict moderators! PERIOD ;)
