It was made for two reasons: Making money. Stopping insults. (which they shouldn't ignore as you asked for)

First of all, you do know this already, that script/application/program/crack/patch/etc... are all can be called the same name (to some extent) so when I called it as script I wasn't wrong! For WDP script (or hack tool as u like to call it) can be easily disabled on Pandawow servers and that's what I meant when I said they should do something to stop it! It is the most common (hack tool) that is being used here as you said too, so why don't they find a way to do that? till the coder/programmer of the script update it, we will have a great time with less hackers! Yeah, for the banning methods I stated, of course they won't do it, they either can't or don't want to. Oh and btw, I have this from their staff members: Zeox and Juster don't really care, maybe they do but not that much. :)

1. They don't ban IP. 2. They should find a way to prevent such scripts, and there are many ways to do so. 3. Many players will just make new accounts and continue hacking. 4. If you want a serious ban, they can ban Mac-Address and Hardware ID. (of course there are many ways to bypass this method but it's gonna be hard for end-users) 5. Develop their anti-cheat system and hire more GMs'.

They used to ban abusers for 30 days too, but Neff told me that they have changed that rule to 3 days and in some cases 1 day only! I think they should make it 30 days as it was!

I had a similar situation about removing a method of payment and I did contact Paymentwall, because it's not Pandawow fault and here's what they replied: So, I guess they're must be having some conflicts with their partners, !
