this has already been reported, and apparently juster replied that this will be fixed ASAP, which was nearly 3 weeks ago, im just trying to make them prioritize this bug over others because the damage from this spell is disgusting, i died to a class that on retail only had consistent damage in 3 seconds through def + parry, disgusting is the only word i have to describe it.

Turboqt, it is a shit comp in 2s here, atleast because of all the Warrior/Shaman teams, if you lose vs it (i know u play Warrior and Elemental/Resto) u just fucked up since if you spam dispel you won't take any damage till dampening.

Raids only work on 100x and 10x, at least MoP raids, Cata/Wrath/TBC/Vanilla raids work on Fun as well.

It kinda would make it more fun, but character progression always feels good which is why it is not implemented, this also should only be on Fun realm, where you get gear anyway.

Consult the community (top pvp'ers like Noneedholy, Chiv, Dionysus etc.) on what is wrong with PvP, if you guys discuss it i'm sure alot could be fixed and this server could be blizzlike.
