This can happen for various reasons, maybe you clicked the letter M multiple times or other letters which brings up few interface options etc. We can't really "un-mute" players in cross realm. It differs from xfun/x100 realm and cross realm. There's nothing really we can do about this, sorry. ( You can try to delete cache folder, might work ) Closed.
