Hello Downloadpow. Your IP will be the same, however your IPv4 is different from you and your brother's computer. But, if you intend to account share, we don't hold ANY responsibility of your account actions, the account owner is responsible of any actions made in his account. You're allowed to play with same ip, on different pc's, just not account sharing. Did this help you?

This is because some files are needed in your data folder, your client sometimes doesn't download the fully files because of the installiation ways. I'm not sure which files you're needing, but they're in either Data>Cache/enUS. I can't really help you here.

Just because of doing that "DDoS/Flood" multiple times, doesn't mean he'll do it forever. Also, just call your provider and change your IP - And create new skype so he won't know. Stop blaming him for every connection issues.

Pandawow deletes characters from their database every 6 months or so, and cannot be refunded. If this has past, we can't do anything.
