Proc stacking is irrelevant. When you read the spellbook tooltip, it says "reduces the cast time of your NEXT SOUL FIRE BY 50%", hence making the proc sttacking irrelevant. Having more stacks should only mean you can cast alot of soul fires with 50% shorter cast, simple as that. You can even check it in videos I linked as proof. :)

I think this kiddo didn't have proper education in school. His teachers should've taught him when presenting facts, to bring proofs, but he lost it in "proofs" part, so I dont blame him. Until he proves it should be instant, which is never, this report stays.

Its not fact, its bullsh!t if you dont prove it. I've been playing demo for eternity (since cataclysm) and I never, ever got an instant cast. However I use it, I didnt get it. Plus, I'm not gonna let some newcoked demo lock make up false reports and argue them without any proof, so its proof or gtfo. Please, give me one proof, just one of any demo lock using instant "Soul Fire" and then feel free to keep this topic running and I'll ask admins to close my reports, but if you can't prove it, its all horsesh!t. You dont have to argue, just prove it. Its all I'm asking.

2:16 How long do I have to keep saying? IT SHOULD NOT BE INSTANT AND IT NEVER WAS ON RETAIL. Not that I know. The ingame tooltip is bugged, same as ****** core tooltip. Spellbook says "reduces cast time of your next soul fire by 50%" but when you have buff on yourself 5 stacks, it says "Reduces cast time of your next soul fire by 250%" and that is bugged tooltip. Alot of tooltips are broken here, no need to make up false reports in order to get something even more bugged.

NOTE - The reason I'm making this report is because every other report is false and inaccurate or simply doesn't explain the issue indepth, so do not close this thread, please. :) Name of the Spell/Passive: M-o-l-t-e-n Core Link: http://wow.gamepedia.com/******_Core_(warlock_ability) Issue with the spell/passive: After you get X amount of MC stacks, the ability starts functioning incorrectly. When you use the first MC proc, the cast time & the cost is accurate. After that, every cast is random. Sometimes, its 5 seconds, sometimes its 3.8, sometimes its 12, sometimes its instant, sometimes, it works properly. How it should be: The ability should always have 50% reduced cost & 50% reduced cast time regardless of the amount of stacks you acquire. It should not be instant, or 12/5/3.8 seconds long to cast. Proof: 12:10 2:16 - As you can see, the cast time is always 50% shorter. Date when tested: 10.8.2016. Priority: 7/10 Important for demo locks, altough Soul Fire already wreacks alot of damage, but I think we would all enjoy if some random demo locks stopped oneshotting u with instant Soul Fires. :)

Hah, if I left for everyting I hate on this server and so would everyone else, you wouldn't have any players. The major reason your server is in decline right now is: "Retarded rules" "No bug fixes" and "staff is afk" and that all comes down to the staff in the end, so dont come to me with that bullsh!t. I wont leave the server, but someone else will, because the current situation is just stupid.

PandaWoW staff has no consistency in doing all of this. I blame the lack of staff for this. Feel like they need staff for everything. They need mods ingame, mods on forum, gms ingame and gms on forum. GMs that will be in charge for bans and gm that will be in charge for ban appeals. Idk, rly. Their rules are on whole new level of stupidity, but even worse is when they not respect them themselves, or be understandable for their community.
