Priority should be a strong 1/10, since this is a PvP server (some PvE), people don't care about minor things like that, that bug doesn't affect the reason why people actually play here, which is PvP.

I recommend you saving the links Nemifest gave you because i used to have the exact same problem, and fixed it almost the same way you did but my wow ended up getting bugged all over again. Just a suggestion though.

By the way, this doesn't have to do with internet connection, your world of warcraft files can be corrupt too, this is most likely the problem for most people.

I did honestly ask him kindly to stop spam, and he didn't, if it just was me i would just ignore him but he spammed english chat too with capslock, and yeah, spam is punishable.
