I don't know how it's on x100 but now you can transmog CM set without CE on Fun. And still theres rogues with 2 Gurthalaks transmogged and mages with plate armor, and easily more than half of the players on this server uses CE, still I'm not saying its allowed but are you really gonna punish that many players? And i never said it was allowed, i said CE isn't illegal in this case, and with that said, you can't get into trouble with the government or anything like that.

Cheat engine isn't illegal unless you are using it for currency in game that actually is worth value, like blizzard games, league of legends etc. And I'm 99% sure it isn't punishable anymore since easily 60%+ is using CE for transmogging. I'm not saying it is allowed to transmog 2 two-handed weapons for a rogue for example but if they would ban/punish 1 person for it they would have to ban/punish everyone for it. (that uses it)

If this question was for me i wanna let you know I'm not a staff member and can't help you, but otherwise, unfortunately these types of problems seem to take pretty long time to fix, since lack of staff members that are able to solve it and the problem itself can be difficult to handle, if you want, meanwhile they are trying to fix this, i could help you gear a new character, I'm pretty experienced with ret :)

If "Party Member 1" is Leader, and "Party Member 1" and "Party Member 2" enter a 2v2 arena, "Party Member 2" becomes the leader, i don't know if that's what hes talking about but just pointing that out there. (or at least that whats happening for me)
