I understand your concern but you got to know that we follow rules as well, we can't do whatever we want. The punishment for hacking is 30 days and not permanent account ban. Administration decided long time ago about length of punishments but I can assure you that since rollex got banned several times as you said above all staff members and I constantly have an eye on him so he is getting banned immediately. Did you try to reboot both pc and router? Also, you may need to delete folder cache from your wow inventory.

If you want to report someone for spamming you must have timestamps enabled (hours, mins, secs) but anyway player is already banned for another violation.
