He's not using exhilartion, but when you have spirit bond on arena before it start, and you change to Iron Hawk , you don't get healed by your pet, and the buff of spirit bond appears in 0.1 sec and desappear in 0.1 secs, so you took that pic exactly when the spirit bond appears in that 0.1 sec but it don't heal nothing, it's just visual, and if you're sure it heal go make bug report.
