    Wow you have to recast rune of power, must be hard for you 4Head 100/10 LUL. Really what a great bug report, lets stop fixing important things like temp shield guardian spirit or pathfinding and start fixing stupid minor bugs like this one, and while we're at it lets tag them as 10/10 cause why the fuck not.

  6. Well about the heal every second... That's how it's supposed to be but the heal is retarded. Temp shield should be affected by BF and PvP Power. You're thinking about the new temp shield in Legion that heals the damage in total after X seconds, in MoP it healed as a hot, not the whole amount of damage you've taken in total every tick but the overall damage you've taken should be divided by the amount of ticks that heal per second. And i believe the tick speed is also reduced by haste. I'll look into it and tell you if i found something. Ok so after my "investigation" i have found this: "Temporal Shield's healing should now be correctly modified by effects that affect healing (Battle Fatigue, Mortal Strike, Dampening)." http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/game/patch-notes/5-4-2 Meaning it's affected by battle fatigue, mortal strike effects and dampening. "Temporal Shield now also reduces damage taken by 15% while active in addition to existing effects." http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/game/patch-notes/5-4-1 While Temp shield is active (not the heal, the shield that takes the damage and then turns it into a heal) reduces 15% and can be stacked with any kind of damage reduction effect for a bigger reduction in damage taken. 1:43 Temp Shield in action (note that they are not at full gear, the priest had 1 dot on the mage and the 35k heal is from the shadow priest).
  7. Bump Bach try finding something in the WoW 5.0-5.4 patch notes about this and link them as well cause you could easily dismiss the video by saying "he probably just went over orbs or got healed by chi wave", so i suggest a more solid proof.

  9. Same with stuns and disorients. - - - Updated - - - Well it's not this way in the script, according to the script in the game files bomb debuff is instant. You can check this by running a private server on your own PC (your MS will be 1-5) make sure the files are scripted correctly and use smoke bomb.

  12. There was no delay according to the game files, ingame there was a slight delay because of server MS. That's the same thing that causes you to see people jumping/moving while casting.

  15. It's alright this is pandawow remember? Skill is not necessary... Look at the top 50 on the ladder as an example 85% of them (not counting Eccay and Akuyama) would struggle in actual games vs good players.
  16. You're wrong... This is a different bug report. Gargoyle sits in melee range and follows the target rather than stopping and casting as soon as he's in range and line of sight of the target.

How it must work: It stops in place to cast when it's in line of sight and range of the target, it shouldn't follow the target being in it's face. 4. Priority of the problem: 8/10 Regardless if it can cast while moving or not, this bug makes avoiding gargoyle's damage very very difficult. 7. Proof: 1. 1:48 Gargoyle is used, try to keep track of his movement and position. 8. PandaWoW Counterpart: 3:30 Gargoyle is use, notice how he follows the target when it moves away from him... That's not how it should be.

  20. Just add it to the report so they wont make a mistake and get conversion to heal after the runic power ended.

Here's the thing tho, if you want to play a blizzlike 5.4.8 server then that server should and will probably have these bugs as well, by your logic we can just leave things how they are and have selective bug fixes rather than using the "model" if you will of what 5.4.8 was and use it here to make the server exactly the same since the admins want this server to be blizzlike and most of the players on the server do too. - - - Updated - - - If you run out of runic power conversion ends.
  22. Check the tweet from Holinka then. And i'll say it again, if the server wants to be blizzlike then it should have every feature including all the bugs that were kept in the game at 5.4.8 .

Well since the rewards in 2s will be either removed or reduced people will want to play 3s more. - - - Updated - - - That's actually great and i hope they use my suggestions in the upcoming season, since 90% of the actual good players want to do 3s but the bracket is so dead you might as well prepare a grave and bury it. - - - Updated - - - The bonuses you get were reduced a bit. You still get a really large amount now. If you reduce them even more or up right remove them, then people that actually queue up seriously to push as high rating as possible to get as close to the rewards as possible wont have a reason to do that, and if they want the big bonuses and the mounts and titles they'll just have to queue 3s for them. And as i said if people start to queue 3s more it will be easier to notice actual bugs rather than whine and complain about dk damage or warrior damage or w/e damage because there are more players in the arena.
