Hello. At the moment Raid Finder doesn't work on our server. You can try to find a group for a raid in one of global channels (/join english | /join world). On the other hand Dungeon Finder does work, press button I to find a group: http://bildites.lv/images/g3rbct77/136927/thumbnail.png

Even if so, why did it take a month for author to create a report?

Main reason why that report got declined is simple. Those screenshots were created on 28/07/2018, but author decided to report this player 1 month later (on 31/08/2018), it doesn't work that way. Such things need to be reported immediately.
