Hello, I think it's not possible, because your RBG titles are rewards for completing achievements and these achievements didn't convert to alliance version right? Similar thing is with these 2 PvE achievements http://www.db.pandawow.me?achievement=8679/conqueror-of-orgrimmar (Alliance) & http://www.db.pandawow.me?achievement=8680/liberator-of-orgrimmar (Horde) - if you decide to change your character's faction you will not get opposite faction's achievement & title.
