As for Panda WoW ,its impossible to one shot someone with sub or any other spec rogue. On topic : Slice and Dice are boosted with mastery,atm. i have 84% attack speed from my slice and dice with my rogue. That sounds alot but when you look at the bugged energy renegeration seems useless. Link to comment
dotadoom Posted February 25, 2015 Share Posted February 25, 2015 (edited) the only class that can 1 (2) shot someone is destro lock the rogue's case is more like ~30 hits for 5-6 sec stunlock PS well rogues can do it too with a double evisc crit and nightstalker talent but it's not viable build (not that you can't do over 200k crits w/o it but still - that's not a one shot) Edited February 25, 2015 by dotadoom Link to comment
