You don't need ultra, trust me, all that shiny stuff will distract you from gameplay) 8GB RAM(to ensure balance around the system) A decent 500W PSU(do NOT buy cheap ones) A decent case that allows good cable management for decent air-flow around the case, since you will be using a stock cooler. Ground clutter, ground density,SSAO and shadows make the game too full and confusing and those are the settings that lag the game most.
