Yes they do, since in the past a player got reported for insulting someone 20+ days ago and it got declined, + a player tried to do the same thing with me, with old screen-shot. Link to comment

You're supposed to mute him and look at time stamps of 1st kid filter, this one is taken after. You saw it, you just defend your friend, if you do decline it, you're in serious trouble, and he's muted either way. Link to comment

He is a staff member and his job is to make sure players are following the rules and if you are not giving him all the information he is requesting to make the decision thats his choice, if you have a problem with his decision then contact someone higher but be warned if your not going to see it from his point of view one rule that is stated in the rules is this: 1.1. Administration reserves the right to make direct changes anywhere within the community and can change the rules without notifying the players. Just get a timestamped screenshot or let it go. That's correct. Otherwise if people were to use Old screen-shots, i could legit get punished for something i done in the past, which makes no sense.
