Explanation of report: So player is playing twink MW Monk he is Pandaren on my ss you can see him using 550 Intellect Well fed buff ( Max well fed buff on lvl 90 gives 300 intellect ) that is first reason why is he getting reported ... secound reason is that same player as Synapse Springs Hand item enchant which you cant get since you cant train Engineering more than 450 ( max level of twink professions is 450 ) ... Guardian elixir for Stamina which gives him 119 Stamina and max stamina from guardian elixir you can get on his level is 40...Also I would like if you guys could check his DMG and Healing done in the end of the battleground ( I will also post a picture of that ) - Another thing which is pretty wierd is his HP ... 34k HP is alot... Also player deletes his character once he goes offline cause of abuse im asking pandawow to fix that aswell so... I will give you some hints about a thing im talking right now. Player abuses something deletes his char makes new one with same name and you cant find him on forum to ban him or website but the player can delete char he made with his name and restore char which he abused on for price of 1 bonus and dodge ban also he can keep on abusing what ever he wants since he has his get away plan.

I have to comment on this post and I will give you evidence of what I am talking about so I will post ss and you will see that he is from guild called Dark Legion and you can see in right lower corner of my screen a Pandaren Monk http://imgur.com/hUGI9l3... Now I will go on website and look for his Monk with same name he has and as I said player deleted his Monk and created a DK with same name so he can restore it evidence is right here http://imgur.com/OQuCBbE

I would like ENGLISH speaking GM to answer my post and take a better look in what I posted.

I'm glad someone finally addressed this issue with legit proof, someone might read this and think this is stupid its just a twink right ? Well the thing is that things like this can be done on max level characters, I literally saw people with Heroic Trinkets from SoO bosses which aren't even implemented yet and HC Greatsword of Pride's Fall and shit like that, and those people just like this guy delete the character when they go offline make a character with the same name so that the name can't be taken and then just restore the charater for 1 bonus... Also the russian guilds who abused the paladins fear on bosses in SoO and none of those players are getting punished as far as i know... Most of the people that will read this probably don't play twinks although it's quite a small amount of players that play them there are people that enjoy them a lot and people like that monk ruin the experience of other players that just want to have some fun. I hope that players like this will get punished and that the feature of restoring characters will be removed since it's just making things tougher for both players and GMs... HC Greatsword of Pride's Fall

Thats a GM mate lol, also I know how they got this it isnt bug abusing or w/e ideally it is pandawows fault ages ago there wasnt a level cap for proffesions so a level 1 could get 600/600, so this is what he has, his character is very old and GM/admins or w/e have not reset peoples proffesions or talents etc also 34k hp is possible he is stam stacking, pretty obvious, and not to mention the darkmoon faire buffs 5-10% hp/intelect etc etc, also if he is using level 90 food and flasks then he is not using a cheat as he would get detected by the auto ban ( LUA ) it is a serverside bug that you can manually report at the Bug tracker, if you`re unhappy with it. To your question you would like an english GM to answer it, thats the problem there is no english GMS, only english moderators.

Using server sided bugs to gain advantage over the rest of the players is bug abusing and it's bannabe as far as my knowledge of rules goes. If you encounter a bug you are supposed to report it not to use it to your advantage to ruin the experience of other players... And about the darkmoon faire buffs, they are obtainable only when the Darkmoon Faire event is up, they are the buffs you get for two hours after answering the questions of the certain NPC, as far as i know Darkmoon event is not currently up, unless it's a server sided bug again he shouldn't be able to get those buffs and if they are server sided bugs then that is yet once again bug abusing...
