3. after I dueled him, I lost a duel which ended up laughing on me, i dont mind that, but after i told him to use pvp gear and reduel he insulted me for no reason, told him to report him, he repeated the insult again............

Not according to rules. Read the rules for reporting. From now on if you want to report someone for family insults you need to prove it with a video.
