Seal of Insight Holy Insight Holy prism is missing from this, but it's clear from the calculations from the retail proof that it should in fact be affected too. No, they doesn't affected by Seal of Insight, tested with all 90 lvl talents. They should be affected by Holy Insight. With Light's Hammer/Execution Sentence works fine.
