Psyfield - Spell/Talent Isn't working

Hello,

 

After learning the spell https://mop************/?spell=108921

The description says the following:

Summons a Psyfiend that stands in place for 10 sec. The Psyfiend casts a Psychic Terror on a nearby enemy within 20 yards every 2 sec, preferring anything attacking the Priest.

 

The Psyfiend is summoned stays there, but doesnt cast Psychic Terror on any enemy , even the one im attacking.

Thus making the spell unusable.

Please fix this.
