2. The green bonus says: "Equip: When you deal damage, you have a chance to gain the Wrath of Tarecgosa, duplicating the harmful spell.", but It doesnt work, it never activates, it doesnt do anything

3. It should work doing what it says should be doing, i spent 400 loyalty points buying it expecting the bonus to work just to find out i bought a wand that doesnt do what it says to do

4. fun realm (probably all realms)

5. 8/10 a refund would be great, either that or a fix to the wand to make it do what is supposed to be doing

idk what am i looking at, i dont care about pve, did they manipulate the weapon in any way or the weapon was doing what was supposed to be doing and just happened to be powerful?

wouldn't they lose a lot of intelect and spell power and other stats as a tradeoff for using that weapon?

warlockenjoyer, this bonus work only warlocks.

He can swap staff in combat.

 

they did a burst. They threw strong dots and put on a staff

it gives 3-5% dps

 

Wl have snapshot mechanic dots btw

This work. They disabled it because it's a staff of cataclysm. Pandaria items - do not touch

The effects of legacy legendaries were disabled on purpose if your character exceeds the level of the expansion when it was current

You are currently mixing up legacy items with items that are previous tier, yet current expansion, which are still considered as "gear"

- https://www.wowhead.com/item=71086/dragonwrath-tarecgosas-rest is a CATACLYSM legendary. The effect was disabled on purpose on this server if you use it on a character that is above level 85 approximately 2 years ago. Same goes for similar items / effects

- https://www.wowhead.com/item=94532/rune-of-re-origination is a PANDARIA trinket. So if it does not work currently as it used to work in 5.4 retail -> open a ticket
