if i'm not mistaken hand of protection gives immunity to every melee dmg in-game and your not allowed to use any melee ability which means exorcism is a cast couse you need like 1.5sec to cast it.

Both Exorcism and Hammer of Wrath should be usable while under the effect of Hand of Protection. Currently, only the latter is usable.

It's castable till cata in mop is instant.
