[11/10] Divine Purpose is baseline

From today, Divine Purpose , is baseline for all paladins (at least rets). I am specced into Holy Avenger but am getting Divine Purpose procs. This is gamebreaking, beyond 10/10 even. Rets can't be allowed to have 2 burst talents at once.

 

Tested on 9/1/2015.

 

Priority 11/10.

I'm usually maining a ret but I refuse to play it until this bug is fixed... It feels absolutely awkward having two BURST talents of the same tier at the same time.
