"Are you GM????" No, I'm part of Pandawow staff as a Chat Moderator for the Fun realm. Will also accept two more jobs for Pandawow, as International Technical Support and Facebook page admin. I can, however, use Google Translate, so if I mute a russian player for "obscene language", I actually did check what he said. :) "Can you give me bonuses or conquest points?" No, I cannot. Chat Moderators can only interfeer in chat problems aswell as answering in-game tickets. GMs also cannot summon items for players, as that is a rule on Pandawow made so nobody, EVER, can help another player with free items or boosts. Only people who can use .summon or .add commands are Administrators, Developers and Testers. The testers can ONLY use those commands on test realms, tho. "What can I do to become a Pandawow staff member?" You either get chosen for it, based on how much you enjoy helping people with their problems and respecting the rules, OR you can write a short resume with information about yourself aswell as why you want to become a staff member and send this to our lead Game Master. You can view who that is on the list of Pandawow staff, but as a person who wants to get involved, you should already know who that is :) "Why aren't you high rated, you scrub??" I never pushed for rating, as I won't become obsessed with a simple number. However, the reason why I stay low rated(>2k) is because I help ungeared guildmates cap, or I join 1vs2 arenas to learn my class. I've always hated arenas and was more a BG fan. Call me scrub, I don't care, but when I destroy you in BGs....don't say "I'm abusing GM powers" :) "How much do you get paid for your work on pandawow?" I don't get paid. I volunteered for this job in order to help the community aswell as the server to the best of my ability. I think all chat moderators fall into the same cathegory here. The Pandawow staff, however, is generous enough to reward me for my efforts with bonus points. I can use those points just like everyone else, to buy gear, characters, mounts and transmog gear. "Is your job easy?" It may look like it is, but it's not. Definetly not. A chat moderator needs to always keep an eye open on all public channels to make sure everyone follows the servers rules. Upon witnessing an infraction, a chat moderator needs to apply punishment fitting the infraction. A chat moderator is also responsible for answering in-game tickets from players. This, again, may look easy but it's difficult job. Imagine a 200 ticket queue where more then half of the tickets are exploits reports(even tho exploit reports should be submitted on the forum, NOT via ticket), 50 are about broken quests/items/spells/etc and the rest usually people asking questions that would much better and faster be answered by the community, such as: -where do I buy mounts? -when does cap reset? -where can I buy gear? -where can I buy glyphs? -why is this quest bugged? -why was the T6 vendor removed? -why don't you ban the hackers???!111 -etc

lol, good one :D If you want a duel class, go for rogue or WW monk. Both classes have amazing control tools and lots of mobility

Keep this conversation civil! @OP: characters don't get deleted by accident so unless you share your account, you deleted it yourself and want to avoid paying for it's restoration. Wich one is is?

After you do this step by step and you still experience problems, resubmit this thread with as many details as possible. Good luck!

Right click on your game folder, go to Properties and de-select "Read Only" tab.

All purchases done with Honor or Conquest points is final, unless you manage to retract the item right when you notice the mistake. I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do.

I think there was a bugged glyph that made survival hunters weaker, can't remember exactly but I think it was the glyph that removes the DoTs from the target when you Scatter Shot them. No ideea if that's fixed now, but apart from that there is no problem with the hunter class whatsoever.

Nobody is forcing you to stay, buddy. The internet is filled with servers, pick one and leave if you dislike everything about this one.

If we couldn't, you wouldn't have this server available for play. Our developers CAN add titles but they won't because it's so easy to abuse game mechanics in order to aquire said titles. Untill wintrading is fixed and all arena-abusable items/spells are fixed, you will NOT see any titles. Or would you rather see backpeddaling Glad warriors or resto druids? If you are a Gladiator, you're good and you don't need a title for it.

Balance druid for major fun, both pvp and pve. You can be the perfect troll using Typhoon in some BGs :) If you like to spread constant pressure, play a DoT class like shadow priest or affliction lock.

There's nothing you can do. Our servers are being heavily attacked, most likely by our competition. Untill this issue will be fixed, please be patient and use the search function for similar threads. This just goes to show you what asshats our competitors are. If they can't win through raw numbers and fewer bugs, they resort to attacks. Still think there are better servers out there now?

Yea, the voice is just synthetized, it can sound weird with some words. However, ever since I've used it I've become much more aware of what's happening around me. Some very nice addons that go with this one perfectly are: -Vial Cooldowns: it shows your target's cooldowns above their head, complete timers to know when/IF they are ready. -Weak Auras: it flashes the icon of your ability as soon as it's off cooldown. Kind of a reminder for when you're too busy to keep track of your cooldowns. -Carbonite: it's just a map addon but it's very useful for PvP since you can use it in battlegrounds to alert your teammates of what's going on around the map. It's also alot better to use then the regular map since it's got many features. -Easy Copy: it's a chat addon that allows you to copy text. You can use this to copy names and lines of text. Say if you want to report a russian player for spamming but you lack a russian keyboard, you just click on the time frame near the line of text and a pop-up window will appear, allowing you to copy the text. Makes reports alot easyer and it doesn't load your memory at all.

While this may be an impediment for lower level players, I actually embrace this bug. These mounts were used for various exploits, especially in PvP, and provided unfair advantage for the user. I only want to see these fixed IF our admins and developers manage to fix those exploits.

Gladiatorlossa, available on Curse.com. It's an addon that speaks to you, giving audible notice the moment someone uses a cooldown. It's very customizable and user-friendly.

Right after patch, there were bugged vendors selling stuff for free, including Prideful gear. GMs must track down these players and erase their armors, as they didn't aquire them by actually working for the points. They did track them down, but it's possible that some of them evaded the primary investigation after the bug was fixed. If you see someone wearing full set prideful, take a screenshot with their inspect window open and GM will investigate.

Frooty, I would like to ask you to keep those speculations to yourself. Our administrators are working on fixing the problems we ALL are having. We need to be patient and restrain ourselves from opening 15.000 threads related to the same issue, as that's not going to bring us access to our characters any sooner.

Besides the caps lock, there is no infraction. It's allowed to speak other languages on English chat....no rule against it, besides respect.

In our "adventures", we encountered thousands of unsattisfied people, regardless of what we did, so we pretty much got used to the free hate. I for one did.
