I can confirm that this is still being heavily abused, especially by classes with Damage Over Time spells. It's supposed to do low damage, 463-537 damage/tick before Resilience, but it currently is buffed by spell power, wich means it can go up to 30.000 damage/tick, making a DoT casting class heavily overpowered. I can also confirm that this enchant is working as intended for melee classes. I tested it on my rogue on both daggers and the highest PvP tick I ever got was 245. Priority of this should be 10/10 as it's totally gamebreaking.

Have you considered the fact that this player might be a donor? OR it's just a person who knew how to play the character market on the webstore and made profit? There's nothing illegal done here, nothing to report.

I have S bound to a combination of stuff, like Blink backwards for my mage or Roll backwards for my monk. It gets people to say "woah!" alot as it surprises them :D

Hey, GMs have like 20 times more work then I do, so he most likely got cought up in something else. These things can happen, unfortunately, giving the fact that we have limited staff numbers. If you make an appeal about a ban and the GM says you will be unbanned in 1 day and that doesn't happen, remain calm! Don't taunt him, don't insult him or the server. Just send him a private message and/or write a new thread or edit the existing one. Managing the thousands of accounts on pandawow is not an easy work, so we CAN forget things. Don't live with the impression that Titan "hates you". I assure you he doesn't hate any player, but it's his job to apply punishment in places where rules are bent or not respected completely. Questioning moderation or the actions of moderators and GMs is against the rules. Once a decision has been made for your account, it's final and NOT subject to interpretation or discussion. You can open 5000 threads about this issue, your ban won't go away. Also, you need to be fully aware that the administration can issue a punishment at it's own discretion. As an example, if you insult someone the punishment for it is set between 240 and 360 minutes Mute. However, if the moderator or GM feels that isn't punishment enough, he has the right to set whatever punishment feels is needed. If you got banned for it, the GM who applied the ban felt a simple mute wasn't enough. I'm also reminding you that this isn't your first and single chat infraction. For repeated chat infractions, a GM can issue a ban for your account varying from 1 day to Unlimmited(Permanent). I hope this clears things up.

Insults towards relatives are a bannable offense, so no, he won't just get away with a mute.

I'm perfectly qualified to manage these things, especially when it's a chat infraction. I've already declined your ban appeal, writing the same message over and over will NOT have a positive outcome as the decision was already taken NOT to unban you. In 5.4.8, resilience was boosted by a great deal. In order to see similar numbers to what you had in 5.4.2, you need at least the Prideful weapon and as much pvp power. This is not a bug, it's just the way the game evolved.

Your cap increases based on your rating. The higher rating you get, the higher your cap will go, the more conquest points you will be able to earn.

I'm in a guild too and people say: "boy, lucky people to have a GM of their own" Fact is, my guildmates get muted for breaking the rules all the time, I don't care. There's a line that defines my social life in this game and my job in this game. :)
