If you want to go by your logic, everyone would be muted by saying "Wtf" or even "Fml" If it was an obscene sentence it would contain something much more "obscene" rather than saying a word "fuck" in it.

You are missing the point. Im trying to say that it is unlikely that he got hacked by a professional hacker. This looks like an Account sharing / Scam (Via Keylogger / worm etc) Therefore i didn't say anything about him not getting his Account / Character back.
