He muted players for calling him Noob / Win-trader / Trash / Scrub etc and then shadrissa said that it is not punish-able. The word is not a valid insult.

You can do Raids / Daily quests. You can make profit out of your profession but i really doubt that you can make Gcap in 2 days (Unless you make bunch of mounts and sell them) Mounts such as Sky Golem / Vials of the sands / Panthers etc.

I would not recommend you to use Cheat Engine to Transmog items since it can cause issues with your Wow. (+ Its a Cheat program) But some of it functions were fixed.
