Multiboxing is allowed till a point where it wont crash the server. If the server gets crashed by multiboxer then actions will be taken. And i seen some multiboxer in bg in the past and the thread got declined. + I remember someone from admins saying about the point at which multiboxing is tolerated. Also multi boxing is bannable if you use it to wintrade arenas / to farm honor by killing your own character on 2nd account. - like kroz said

We cannot give you reputation with that faction. You can try to find another quest and increase reputation with them.

Like they said, the bonus which profession gives you will be disabled if you un-learn it. Example if i use engineering to put Nitro boots & Glove enchant it will work if i have engineering. But once i unlearn engineering the Nitro & Glove enchant will be gone. The same should work with all professions. So this is only visual i guess, since you can only have 2 professions at the time from which you can benefit - like tggar said.

I was about to ask if you have bought the character, since i had the same issue. I think that some time needs to pass until you are able to send BoA items to your bought characters. (Similar case with the Titles)

Ye, but most likely he killed a low level or some other player form opposite faction and npc's started attacking him. But if that's the case then do as they said, go away from the place for 3 minutes (You can also re-log, it should work) Then try talking with the NPC. Tell us if your problem is solved.

Because you need to get reputation to Exalted with Tanaris.

When you buy a PvP item for Conquest / Honor. You can sell it back for the same price which you bought it. If you sold the item back to the vendor and you re-logged, you wont have your weapon in the buy back section because of the re-log. You will have to earn Conquest again & buy a new item.

They have reset the legendary cloak quest line once for everyone, maybe they will do it again after the current issue gets fixed. There has to be a solution for this...

The quest was fixed, you cannot use the item on SoO / PvP weapons / items. The player probably doesn't know about that he can be banned. (Assuming that he done it some time ago while the bug wasn't fixed yet)
