It is a donate problem because you Bought something and it is working incorrectly, therefore do as Jeger said.

Devs are developers, they dont have anything with Cross Realms, they fix the game not the Server on which the realm is hosted. Therefore admins are fixing it. I think zeox is on vacation and he should come 8/1/2016 Then when he see's the threads or if the problem still persists, they will take a look at it. (Yesterday i experienced some lagg as well in arena / bg) But they are aware that the server/realm is crashing and that it has issues. The only thing which we can do is gather its error and inform them about it.

Calm down, he's just saying my words which i said in the past. If the real hacker was involved which can hack and get players Username & PW without knowing their info about anything (Besides the in-game name) That hacker wouldn't target random players just to sell their characters. He would target some higher priority people such as GM's / Moderators and probably abuse the powers etc (If such a hacker would exist, wouldn't we already see that happen?) And besides, if such a hacker does exist, he wouldn't be on a Private server since he can't make any profit out of it (Since i presume that the hacking process can be complicated) If he would have done it on retail he could sell account or something similar and get $$ for it. So that's why everyone see's this as "Account sharing"
