shut your fucking mouth random lock the way fear works here is, it breaks on either the 1st crit which is as intended or % of hp, however since affli's dmg is SO LOW from dots( affli is made to do overall dps with all their dots combined, not 70k+numbers), they can't break it however this is indeed broken, affli's dots should do a MAXIMUM of 15%-17% of a target's hp before fear breaks, not until it expires

tried it the EXACT SAME way, works for me, horde side on x100 also you never,ever double conflag because you can just get dispelled, on top of that chaos works just fine with 1 backdraft so try it
