You cant test it on other realms Also stalk them, look at the mastery, easy as that

Also one more question: What does the cross realm EXACTLY do?I havent seen anything saying that people are from a different realm when i was there(nameplate such as XXXX-Pandawow x100 etc)All ive seen is people in full PvE gear. And does it apply to world pvp?

Chaotic energy is working fine, its just that warlocks go more for mastery because haste is pure shit for them. The problem is, fel flame consumes 75k mana, which is ALOT, same goes for incinerate-75k.
