This is caused by the delay on retail.You can cast ANY spell 0.5sec after cc there.

Currently the BEST PvE gear is Siege of Orgrimmar.It drops 540 gear( sadly it should drop 553 but its bugged atm) and it is upgradable to 548ilvl.You can only farm it once per raid reset.Only first 2 bosses work right now. The 2nd option is Throne of Thunder.All bosses are working and heroic is coming soon.It drops 522 gear, which is upgradable to 530. Thats the only PvE gear you can get right now. Bear in mind that in a group, you'll need quite a bit of geared people, considering the bosses are hard, so first start off with heroic dungeons, which have NO lockout.They drop 463 ilvl gear. I dont think anybody will accept you in a raid group unless you have full bg gear, unless of course they are your friends. Best PvE/PvP gear combination gear from dungeons: PvP weapon, PvP mainset, PvP proc trinket, everything else can be PvE.

Put the 1st slot your prideful weapon.In the 2nd slot put the legendary.If he doesnt take the money(20k gold) reverse the slots.

serious? well it is a bug and i'd like it to get fixed + we can now spam clones so yes, this should be fixed

So i see so many healers are complaining that the proc isnt working, in fact, it is. In order for it to proc you HAVE to be in combat AND heal a target that is not at 100% health. The proc rate is 0.58 so on average it will take around 2 minutes for it to proc.
