Stormbolt into shockwave still applies the stun. Shockwave into stormbolt, doesn't apply storm bolt. 50% working. Should ignore ALL stun effects, even shockwave.

You're actually BEYOND autistic at this point. You were fucking standing on top of the railing and casted incinerate while he was directly below you, NO CORNERS, NO LEDGES, straight through the texture. He provided evidence of you CHEATING, now you provide video evidence of you NOT CHEATING. I know logic is not your forte.

Don't even attempt to weasel yourself out of this one. If this kind of latency issue was actually true, you wouldn't even be able to cast spells, let alone be able to cast through walls and then say "OH ON MY SCREEN I WAS ON YOU". If you don't have proof of what you claim, don't even start trying to justify this. Ban this guy, evidence is beyond the usual quota needed for a ban, you can see him moving and casting, you can see him shooting spells through the wall.
